Yes, you can get a 9600GT for $120 ($118 actually at MSY) Although if I had to choose a mid-spec card I would fork out an extra $75 and buy an ATI Radeon 4850 for $195. Of course, these cards are useless with other shit hardware.

Although, if I was to buy a graphics card right now for myself, I would definitly choose a 4870x2 - most powerful card out at the moment.

Oh, and fyi, after HSC (or a little while after when I've been home for a while and I'm bored shitless), I'm going to be building a massive super computer Very Happy

Actually it's 450W Razz

8800GTS, 3 hard drives, overclocked CPU, overclocked RAM, 3 120mm fans (+ graphics card fan), power being drawn from 3 USB ports whenever the computer is on (2 for keyboard, 1 for mouse), ethernet (dunno if that's powered by my computer or the router) microphone, headphones, webcam atm, ipod charging, USB thumb drive as well..oh and CD/DVD drive
